What This Privacy Policy Covers

1. Information collected and its usage

When contacting us through the site you were asked to submit personal information about yourself for example age, sex, email address. We will only use that information to communicate with you by sending you information that you have requested.  If you have submitted your personal details in relation to your participation in a Roche UK clinical trial and your details have changed, or you no longer wish to receive the requested information, please email:  clinical.trials@roche.com.

If you contact the Corporate Affairs department (welwyn.corporate_affairs@roche.com) or the Drug Information department (medinfo.uk@roche.com) via email, your personal details will not be recorded, or used for any other purpose, except to respond to your request or enquiry.


2. Cookies

Cookies are files that identify your computer to our server. Cookies do not identify the individual user, only the computer used. Whenever you visit the site, the pages you see, along with a cookie, are downloaded onto your computer. Any information that is supplied by cookies assists us in analysing the profile of our visitors.
