Roche’s involvement with charities and the community is ever growing. Each year, Roche in the UK selects a corporate charity to support. In 2008, for example, funds were raised for the Willow Foundation. Fund-raising activities in 2008 included an employee quiz night, a murder mystery evening, the Garden City 10 race and a 32-mile overnight endurance walk, raising a total of over £25,000 for the Willow Foundation. 

The corporate charity for 2009 is the Herts Air Ambulance (HAA).
